Assisted with the Implementation of a technology and process improvement project for a $7 billion insurance broker, which standardized processes and enabled parallel processing for the organization.

The organization is realizing a $100 million benefit over five years by reducing its client service centers from over 70 to 4.

Organization Transformation

($24 billion Distribution Company)

Refined roles and defined new ways of working to support the transition of existing functions and led team activation sessions for new functions.

Defined the change management plan to support and sustain the transformation.

Finance Organization Transformation

($2 billion Food Manufacturing Company)

Designed a finance organization that aligns with the business structure and transition the reporting and accounting transactions to dedicated shared service organizations.

Partnered with HR on the implementation of the new organizational structure. Led the change management for the organization design, reporting function and new finance process and analytical processes.

FP&A Organization Implementation

Delivered $4 million-dollar savings on a new organization by eliminating redundant work, consolidating data, automating reports, and rationalizing roles and responsibilities.

Managed the process and organization design, IT requirements, and User Acceptance Testing, as well as overall Change Management strategy and execution.

Developed business requirements for a custom management system for the Life & LTC division of a $15 billion international insurance company. Achieved $5.7 million in savings over 3 years and over $10 million increase in operating income over 3.5 years.

Led the Change Management program for the Workday Finance implementation for an executive recruitment consultancy; change strategy, communications, training, and adoption metrics.

Delivered a data mapping tool for finance users to manage the transition to Workday financial data concepts and account code mappings for ongoing operational use.
