Does Your Structure Support Your Strategy?
Organizations are constantly evolving…adding business lines, investing in new products, divesting from lines of business… the revenue opportunities are constantly evolving. It is estimated that a mature business should update its strategy every 12 – 18 months. With all this natural business evolution happening, how can businesses make sure that the support functions are keeping up and giving the business the insights and resources that they need to grow and thrive?
LPM Consulting offers an organizational design service that puts the business strategy and revenue goals as the organizing principle for the operations and support functions. With support to the business strategy and revenue as the core goal, we bridge support gaps and focus teams on business value. We deliver recommendations that realigns organizational structure, roles and responsibilities and performance measures. Throughout the development and iterations of recommendations we work closely with leaders to make sure there are no surprises and that the recommendations can be implemented and adopted successfully.
In concert with the organizational design and implementation work, LPM Consulting also delivers a formal change management program and execution. Most consulting companies will require clients to hire 2 – 3 people to manage both the design & implementation of the organizational design as well as the change management program. LPM Consulting has provided both services for clients multiple times and has a tried and true approach to deliver a holistic solution for your organizational design needs.
