My change management experience spans enterprise technology implementations, organization redesign, and standing up for shared services organizations. Through my work, I help streamline processes, resources, and technology.
Industry Experience
I started my career as a process and operations transformation consultant. Today, I leverage more than 20 years of experience in managing large-scale change programs. This way, I can deliver change programs with more defined impacts and benefits.
Meticulous Methods
I use impact and stakeholder analysis to assess the scope and size of the change initiative. My process begins with identifying the impacted teams.
I then take the time to fully grasp and understand the case for change. This way, I can better plan the major changes envisioned for transformation.
Collaborative Process
I believe that building the adoption plan during the early stages of the initiative helps define the end-state goals more clearly. They further align leaders on benefits and end-state operations, helping to plan a more effective way to achieve them.
That is why I also work with teams in order to properly validate the impacts and changes of the new processes on the people.
Previous Projects
I have led multiple change initiatives including four ERP implementations. These ventures typically include the transformation of financial processes, roles, and technologies.
Leadership
I have been the change lead on multiple ERP projects which included the process architect role. I have also been the change lead for two other ERP implementations of which I cannot take full credit.
All these are huge initiatives. All four of my ERP projects have gone live without significant delays to schedule or budget. I have also gleaned best practices from each deployment which can only benefit future clients.

Other Works
I have created a new organisational model to support the new contract management capabilities of the ERP. I have also delivered the communication and training campaign for new processes and technologies that senior executives need to adopt.
Finally, I have delivered the change plan for an operational transformation project. I have also done so for a venture that involved patient data analytics technology implementation. The focus of which was better outcomes for two healthcare clients.
